• Du wolltest schon immer in einem internationalen Team arbeiten?

• Dein Traumarbeitsplatz ist der Strand und das Meer?

• Du bist VDWS-lizensierte/r Kitelehrer oder Kitelehrerin und hast bereits Schulungserfahrung?

• Du kannst selbstständig im Anfänger- bis Fortgeschrittenenbereich unterrichten?

• Du kennst Dich mit Materialpflege aus und bist Dir auch für andere Arbeiten am Kitecenter nicht zu schade?

• Du bist leidenschaftlicher Wassersportler und liebst und lebst nicht nur das Kitesurfen sondern auch andere Sportarten?

• Du hast Spaß daran, auch nach dem Kiteunterricht etwas mit unseren Gästen zu unternehmen?

• Für Dich ist es spannend Menschen und Kulturen kennenzulernen und bist offen sich auf diese Einzustellen?

• Die Begriffe Dienstleistung, Teamgeist und Servicebereitschaft sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich?

• Du bist gerne Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und für alles zum Thema Kitesurfen?

• Du sprichst Englisch gut genug, um in einer unserer Destinationen sicher mit unseren Partnern,
Kollegen und internationalen Gäste kommunizieren zu können? Eine weitere Fremdsprache wäre auch klasse...

• Du hast mindestens 3 Monate Zeit für uns einsatzbereit zu sein ?

• Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikativ, hilfsbereit, aufgeschlossen?

• Du sprühst vor Energie und kannst Deine Schüler und unsere Gäste motivieren und eine gute Urlaubsatmosphäre kreieren?

• Du besitzt Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein?

• Du hast Grundkenntnisse in den üblichen MS Office Anwendungen?

• Du hast noch andere, interessante Hobbies?

• You always wanted to work in an international team?

• Your dream workplace is the beach and the sea?

• You are a VDWS-licensed kite instructor and already have training experience?

• You can teach independently from beginner to advanced level?

• You know how to take care of your equipment and are not too shy to do other work at the kite centre?

• You are passionate about water sports and love and live not only kitesurfing but also other sports?

• Do you enjoy doing something with our guests after kite lessons?

• It is exciting for you to get to know people and cultures and you are open to adjust to them?

• Are you familiar with the terms service, team spirit and willingness to serve?

• You like to be the contact person for our guests and for everything about kitesurfing?

• You speak English well enough to be able to communicate confidently with our partners,
colleagues and international guests in one of our destinations? Another foreign language would also be great...

• You have at least 3 months time to work for us ?

• You are reliable, communicative, helpful and open-minded?

• You are full of energy and can motivate your students and our guests and create a good holiday atmosphere?

• You have a talent for organisation and a sense of responsibility?

• You have basic knowledge of the usual MS Office applications?

• Do you have other interesting hobbies?
