Do you love winter, the mountains, and working with people?
Then we have the perfect job for you! Join our dedicated team at the second-most-popular ski school in Germany in the
Brauneck Ski Resort in Upper Bavaria.
Since 1985, we have been offering guests from near and far a wide range of services, including ski lessons, snowboard lessons, ski rentals, and ski service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated new colleagues—with or without prior experience—for the upcoming winter season.
We are looking for motivated (m|f|d)
SKI INSTRUCTOR | SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTOR | CROSS-COUNTRY SKI INSTRUCTOR (m/f/d)
– with training or currently in training
– Career changers are also welcome!
SKI INSTRUCTOR ASSISTANT (m/f/d)
– ideal for high school students, college students, or those looking for a part-time job
– Previous experience is not required
ORGANIZATIONAL TALENT FOR COURSE BOOKINGS & SKI RENTAL (m/f/d)
– Reception, Class Registration & Guest Services
– Good German language skills and a friendly demeanor are preferred
SKI RENTAL STAFF (m/f/d)
– Tech-savvy or sports-loving
– We provide instruction on how to use the equipment and ski gear right here on site
Your Profile
What you'll bring to the table:

• A passion for winter sports and working with people

• A friendly, open, and confident demeanor

• A reliable and independent work style

• Team spirit and the joy of making a difference together

• Proficiency in German (knowledge of English is a plus)

• Enjoyment in teaching children and adults how to ski

• Skiing Ability

• Ideally, training as a ski instructor (DSLV, DSV, or equivalent)—we’re happy to support motivated beginners on their journey

About Us
THE STORY
Every ski school has its own story. Ours began in 1985.
Back then, Gabriele Daffner and Herbert Haimerl founded the hiSki ski school in Lenggries with a simple idea: to help people discover the joy of skiing and give them unforgettable days in the snow.
What began with a great deal of passion, personal dedication, and a love of winter sports has now become a fixture at Brauneck. Yet one thing has never changed: At hiSki, people come first.
For over 40 years, we’ve been guiding children through their first turns, helping teens feel confident on the slopes, and assisting adults in improving their technique or rediscovering the joy of skiing. Many families have been coming to us for generations. Parents who once learned to ski with us are now sending their children to hiSki. This trust fills us with pride.
hiSki stands for a family-like atmosphere, personalized attention, and a genuine love of winter sports—yesterday, today, and in the future.
